Poverty Reduction Programme seeks to complement the efforts of the government and civil society in poverty alleviation by enhancing economic opportunities for vulnerable groups (women, youth and the poor), supporting income-generating activity and providing access to financial services. At the policy level the programme promotes the priorities established by the governement and assisits in development and implementation of the plans and strategies which support economic and soccial development of the poor.
